Please note: The course fees are fixed in euros (€). If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at the current exchange rate. The euro amounts remain constant, but the equivalent in other currencies (like USD) may fluctuate.

When paying from outside the eurozone, your bank or credit card company will convert the payment to your local currency at the current exchange rate. For example, if you’re in the U.S., your payment will be converted automatically from euros to U.S. dollars.

Thank you for choosing to join our course! We’re excited to have you with us on this journey. To make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly for everyone, here are a few important details about booking, payments, and cancellations:
Booking Deposit:
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required. This helps us cover initial costs and planning. The deposit will be deducted from your total course fee.
Payment Schedule:
The remaining balance should be paid in full at least three weeks before the course starts. This allows us to finalise preparations and provide you with the best experience possible.
Booking Specificity:
Please note that your booking is for the specific course and date you registered for and cannot be transferred to another course or date. This is because each course session is carefully planned with limited spaces to ensure a quality experience for all participants, and transfers could affect course dynamics and planning.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change! If you cancel more than three weeks before the course, we’ll happily refund any payments you’ve made beyond the deposit.
If you cancel within three weeks of the course start date, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund. This is because by then, we’ve often committed to venue bookings and materials.
If the remaining balance isn’t paid by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled, and the deposit will be retained.
No-shows:
If you can’t make it on the day, please note that refunds aren’t available for no-shows or missed sessions. We encourage you to get in touch if anything comes up.
Course Changes:
Occasionally, life brings unexpected changes and a course may need to be rescheduled. If this happens, we will be in touch promptly and gently guide you toward an alternative date that suits you.
